What are the options for couples looking for a quality heirloom wedding album?
It's still common for couples to purchase a keepsake album from their photographer. But photographers' album packages can be very expensive. And some of the best photographers don't even offer wedding albums.
As a result, many couples these days opt to buy the digital rights to their photos and forgo the wedding album until they figure out what to do. If that's you, you know that months can pass by, with that CD of wedding photos sitting in your desk drawer. In fact, we have so many clients who reach out right before their first baby is due, because they know they won't have time to focus on their wedding album later.
Some couples try their hand on online DIY sites. There are a number to choose from, like Shutterfly and Mixbook. But, as our clients often mention to us, those albums just aren't comparable to the professional grade albums typcially available exclusively to professional photographers.
